The school fees structure is divided into two categories, compulsory and non-compulsory fees. The compulsory fees include tuition, hiring of academic gown, caution deposit, sports/games, verification of entry qualification, identification card, examination fee, medical services, library services, students' handbook, specialist equipment, ICT charges/internet charges, faculty charges, departmental charges, students' affairs charges, and sub-total charges. The non-compulsory fees include hostel accommodation (bed space), on-campus (private hostel), off-campus (private hostel), and grand total (on-campus and off-campus hostel fees).

For Aerospace Engineering, all the compulsory fees and non-compulsory fees amount to a total of 154,000 Naira for on-campus hostel accommodation and 104,000 Naira for off-campus hostel accommodation. For Non-Engineering, the total fees payable are 131,000 Naira for on-campus hostel accommodation and 81,000 Naira for off-campus hostel accommodation.

Late payment of school fees attracts extra fees, and failure to pay the fees within the stipulated period could lead to the student's inability to sit for their respective semester examinations. Therefore, it is advisable to know the current fees for all students to avoid making mistakes that could cost the student's admission.

Before knowing the school fees structure, the admission requirements must be met. Aspirants must have five credit passes in WASC/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/GCE O'level in not more than two sittings.
